The organization uses Tadpoles to provide families with daily digital reports that summarize information about the school day. The daily reports feature a snapshot of the daily lessons, highlights from mealtimes, rest periods, and diaper changes (for infants and toddlers only), along with photos (upon teacher availability). Additionally, Tadpoles is used for program-wide text and email alerts and general reminders.
