Tadpoles Daily Reports
The PSECDP nonprofit childcare program uses Tadpoles to provide families with daily digital reports summarizing the school day.
The daily reports feature a snapshot of the day's lessons, highlights from mealtimes, rest periods, and diaper changes (for infants and toddlers only), along with photos (when available).
Tadpoles provides program-wide text and email alerts, as well as general reminders, keeping families and staff informed and connected.
Preschool Meal Option
At PSECDP, families enrolled in our preschool programs can conveniently request morning and afternoon snacks, as well as lunch options for their children. Our meal service is designed to support busy families by providing nutritious, hassle-free options that make daily school routines easier.
Meals are provided through the HCPSS school cafeteria for an additional charge and follow the HCPSS school calendar.
Each year, families enrolled in the PSECDP preschool meal program will receive a notification through Tadpoles with the exact date that HCPSS cafeterias and our meal service begin. This timely update makes it easy to know when your child can start enjoying healthy school meals, so you can plan accordingly.
All meals meet or exceed USDA Food and Nutrition Service standards for childcare programs, ensuring children receive healthy and balanced options every day.
Early Childhood Curriculum & Kindergarten Readiness
Our Kaplan LE Infant (ages 0–3) through Preschool curriculum and Connect4Learning Pre-K Readiness (ages 4–5) multi-age curriculum blend playful exploration with engaging lessons in literacy, science, social-emotional development, and math. This approach helps every child discover the joy of learning.
